As someone who has been receiving colonics for more than 15 years, I am well versed on procedures, new techniques, benefits, latest technologies, etc. So I didn’t have very high expectations for this experience; most colonics are somewhat similar in that the process may vary but the end goal is usually the same.
Upon my first visit I was impressed by the level of care the Colonic Hygienist, Cherie Lemos provided. She took her time and ensured I was at the highest level of comfort throughout the entire procedure. It was quite clear she held many years of experience as the suggestions for slight movements or light pressure on specific points caused major shifts during the experience.
After a year on a vegan diet, I received a high rating and was not sold unnecessary services. Instead she offered medical research materials which supported my health journey.
After a summer of fun and returning to sugar, she was patient with my process. I informed her I was beginning a 21 day Fast. She shared a very simple life altering concept…. Detoxing and the elimination of waste from the colon are two very different actions, which heighten the impact of the Fast.
Detoxification is the physiological or medicinal removal of toxins, such as poisons or pollutants, through the liver, kidneys, digestive system, and skin. But removing these toxins from the colon is vital. At this point Cherie suggested a package and allowed me to pay installments which worked with my budget.
The sessions were scheduled during the beginning, middle, and end of my 21 day Fast. It’s safe to say the result were literally life changing. My skin, energy, mind, and body felt completely upgraded.
From my personal experience, I would recommend Avenues to Health to anyone interested in caring for their life or looking to make major improvements to their health. This Colon Hygienist, Cherie is patient, knowledgeable, and interested in her client’s health journey. The aftercare is exceptional and I felt the benefits of each session before walking out of the door.
